Cultural Exchange Through Design and Food
Starters 1.0 took place in July 2020. 13 students were chosen to participate in this workshop. Each participant was invited to choose, present, and introduce one national dish to the other counterpart who would then select one option–that inspired them–from the pool of examples to interpret, cook, map, and make something out of it in a format that is purely design-led.
